At Paris Déco Off 2026, held from January 14 to 17, the Vauclair gallery, invited by Lelièvre, presented a selection of its emblematic pieces at La Pagode under the eye of decorator Edgar Payet. Rattan, bamboo, ceramics and 19th-century lighting fixtures thus reinvented the atmosphere of this iconic venue, rich in history and renowned for its century-long connection with Chinese art. For more than thirty years, the Vauclair gallery has been internationally recognized for its winter garden furnishings and Napoléon III scenographies, combining seating, silks, damasks and colorful velvets. Laurence and Denis Vauclair-Rouquette, art historians and recognized experts, carefully select each piece, determining its origin, material and technical innovations, while working to pass on knowledge and craftsmanship.
