Just steps away from Église Saint-Sulpice in Paris, Maison Goutal unveils a reinvented boutique where exceptional craftsmanship meets Parisian sophistication. Imagined by the agency Apanache and brought to life by TAOS, this transformation turns the space into a true showcase dedicated to fragrance, enhancing the olfactory experience through bespoke furnishings designed in collaboration with Portuguese artist Armindo Alves. His sculptural lines and interplay of shapes and textures create a bold, distinctive identity. At the heart of the customer journey, the central counter—its key focal point—glows with a subtle cladding enhanced by delicately curved Raywal 45 glass bands. These glass elements frame custom-made Himacs display trays, whose inverted fluted pattern lends both tactile and visual elegance, while their clarity captures and reflects the light to elevate the perfume bottles. All around, warm wood, hand-troweled lime plaster and refined finishes create a soft, enveloping atmosphere, further enhanced by meticulous textural work on the walls and ceilings. The silky softness of mineral surfaces interacts with the light to offer an immersive vision of luxury, where every detail contributes to an exceptional sensory experience.
