Following significant damage to a previously poorly installed parquet floor, the municipality of Bessoncourt entrusted Parquets Pro with the complete renovation of the flooring in its new community hall and changing rooms. After municipal workers removed the old flooring entirely, the company installed a new 22mm oak parquet floor covering 425 square meters. The new parquet was completely sanded, with the application of a filler across the entire surface, followed by a Prim'so undercoat and then two coats of Pur-T4 varnish in an extra-matte finish, with intermediate sanding. "We chose this finish because it is particularly resistant to heavy traffic," explains Julien Piccardi, the company's manager. The project aimed to guarantee durability, stability, and resistance to intensive use in a public facility subject to significant stress. The work took one month to complete.
