A successful 2025 edition for architect@work Paris

The 18th edition of architect@work Paris, held on November 5th and 6th at the Grande Halle de La Villette, confirmed the strong interest of professionals in this event dedicated to architectural innovation. The event attracted over 6,800 visitors, a 10% increase compared to 2024. Architects, designers, project owners, and engineering firms discovered the latest innovations presented by 260 manufacturers, selected by a technical committee and showcased in spaces designed like galleries.

The theme "Sources and Re-sources" structured this edition, with a program of conferences bringing together Christophe Aubertin, Timur Ersen, Dominique Gauzin-Müller, Atelier Pierre Thibault, Yann Legouis, Œuvrer, LBBA Architecture, and FCBA. Roundtables hosted by Architectures à vivre, Ameublement français, and Fibois France complemented these discussions. Several awards were also presented, including the Prix des maisons à vivre (Living Homes Prize) and, for the first time, the Prix national de la construction bois (National Timber Construction Prize). On the exhibition side, the public discovered Matières solidaires (Solidarity Materials), dedicated to innovations committed to the circular economy, as well as Materia Architectures, showcasing projects using earth, stone, and plant fibers. Earth and straw workshops allowed for further exploration of these themes. More unusually, Raffaële Salvoldi's installation, created with 30,000 Kapla planks, added an artistic dimension to the event.
